1.「身體活動度受限,特別是髖與腳掌大拇指活動度不足,限制雙腿彈性釋放。」
2. 「軀幹姿勢不佳,上半身往前傾斜或腰椎前推,身體重心改變,導致彈性能吸收與釋放不平衡,並增加代謝負荷。」

跑量是重要的,能夠提升代謝效率。 但是對基礎身體能力:活動度、身體控制、肌肉記憶、力量、技巧等沒有幫助。
總效率 = 代謝效率+動作效率(+構造效率)
最後一項身體構造改變不了,天賦每個人不同;但是另外兩項,值得每一位認真的跑者努力。

The foot has the highest density of ligament tissue per square inch in the body. Given the large amount of joints and ligaments, it would be reasonable that this complex is important to total body function.
Recent research shows ligaments have two functions and can be grouped into two anatomical categories. One function is that of static stabilizers of joints and the second function is sensory or proprioceptive.
